When we say our students come here to work, we mean it! This time last year, three of our graduates worked together in south Georgia on a film that's releasing this Friday. Academy of Makeup Arts Alumni Kella Groves produced an impressive amount of work since her graduation a few short months ago. Immediately after graduating from the Makeup for TV & Film Program in March, she won "Best Makeup" in the 54 Hour Film Fest for the short film titled "Diamond in the Rough". After that, she applied makeup for more competition films, such as “Gatlinburg” by Broken Entertainment in Knoxville, TN.  Along with a series pilot “Troll Hunters” by Stormlight Pictures in Nashville, TN.
